Winter CSA Sign-up Info & Sign-up Form

We’re growing for our Vegetable Winter CSA again this year! (Last year was our 1st year of offer a winter vegetable CSA!) Our focus for this CSA is vegetables, but our teas, spices, & sauerkrauts/kimchis, frozen pestos/sauces/creations will also make their way into the share on a rotating basis! There will be 11 total deliveries (2 of them being a robust share because of the holidays and skipping a week).


Once you fill out this form, we will follow up with a confirmation email and ask for payment via check or crypto (crypto payment receive 10% off!). ** Space is limited. The CSA starts Nov 4th, 2021. RESERVE your spot today!! **

COST for 11 week CSA is $461.25 ($450 + $11.25 tax)

Pick up locations & times:

Thursdays 4:30-6pm at RVCC or at Gathered Threads

Saturdays 9am-1pm at IX Art Park Farmers Market in Charlottesville or at Gathered Threads

Length of CSA – 11 weeks – see schedule below
3 pick-ups in Nov (4/6, 11/13, 18/20 -the last one will be a larger share to provide extra things for Thanksgiving dinner)
3 pick-ups on Dec (2/4, 9/11, 16/18 – again, the last one will be a larger share to provide extra things for Christmas dinner)
5 pick-ups in 2022 – Jan 6/8, Jan 20/22, Feb 3/5, Feb 17/19, Feb 24/26

Here’s what to expect in your share – lots of greens & roots!!!
Greens – Salad, Spicy mix/Mustard Greens, Lettuce Heads or Lettuce Mix, Kale, Swiss Chard, Collards, Pac Choi, Bok Choi, Microgreens

Roots – Radishes, Turnips, Carrots, Rutabagas, Celeriac, Scallions, Leeks, Kohlrabi

Fresh Herbs (cilantro, dill, parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano, lemon thyme)

We may also supplement the share with some locally grown produce – Sweet Potato, Winter Squash, Apples

Sauerkrauts/Kimchis – every other delivery – ferments will rotate with cabbage-based ferments & non-cabbage-based ferments (locally & organically sourced vegetables)

Teas & Spice Packets/Jars – every other delivery (all grown on our farm)

Frozen goods – Tomatoes, Squash, Pestos/sauces/creations (all grown on our farm)
