KKAKDUGI (Kkak-du-gi) – Kkakdugi is a popular style of Kimchi in Korea made with daikon radishes. Our Kkadugi features the daikon radish sliced, while traditionally the daikon is cubed in this ferment. It is versitle to go along side many dishes – eggs, rice, stir-fries, beans, soups, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and more!
